General Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: July 8, 2026
Welcome to Nari Nari. These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between Nari Nari and you, the customer, when you visit my website or purchase items from my online shop.
By placing an order on my website, you explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Identity of the Entrepreneur
Company Name: NARINARI
Chamber of Commerce (KvK) Number: 98986880
VAT Identification Number: NL005365461B46
Registered Address: Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Email Address:info.narinari@gmail.com
applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Nari Nari and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer digitally.
The Offer & Product Availability
All my jewelry is handcrafted in limited batches. Offers are valid while stocks last.
If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to specific conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the product description.
I make every effort to display the colors, materials, and dimensions of our necklaces as accurately as possible. However, because our items are handmade, minor variations may occur.
Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the website are displayed in Euros (€).
Prices are inclusive of VAT but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before you finalize your order.
Payment must be completed in full during the checkout process. I accept the payment methods listed on our website (iDEAL).
Delivery and Execution
I will process and ship accepted orders carefully and quickly. Your order will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout.
My standard processing time to package and hand over your items to the shipping carrier is 5 business days.
If a shipment is delayed, or if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, I will notify you via email as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the order was placed. In this case, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
When purchasing my pre-made jewelry batches, you have a legal reflection period of 14 days to dissolve the contract without giving reasons. This period starts the day after you receive the product.
To exercise this right, you must notify me within 14 days via email or our return system. You must return the item unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging within 14 days of your notice.
The direct costs of return shipping are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect ofcourse!
Detailed instructions and rules regarding returns are outlined in the standalone Returnspolicy page, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Conformity and Legal Warranty
I guarantee that my jewelry complies with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of soundness and usefulness.
Under Dutch law, you are entitled to a statutory legal warranty (wettelijke garantie). This means the product must be what you can reasonably expect it to be.
If a item shows a structural manufacturing defect unexpectedly early under normal usage conditions, please contact me immediately. I will arrange a repair, a replacement, or a refund at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper storage of the jewelry.
Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint about my jewelry or my service, please contact me as soon as possible at info.narinari@gmail.com. Please describe your issue clearly so I can help you effectively. I aim to respond substantively within 14 days of receipt.
Contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
If I cannot resolve a complaint together, European consumers can submit the dispute to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at europa.eu.
