Because Nari Nari pieces are crafted in advance, your items are ready to be packaged and shipped quickly.

• Processing Time: Orders are packaged and dropped off at the carrier within 5 business days after payment.

• Shipping Costs (Within the Netherlands): €4,-

• Shipping Carrier: Your package is always sent via PostNL / DHL.

• Full Refund Right: You have the right to return any piece from Nari Nari within 14 days without giving any reason.

• Condition of the Item: To receive a full refund, the jewelry must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You are allowed to inspect the item at home (just like you would in a physical store), but items showing clear signs of wear cannot be fully refunded.

• Exceptions: The only items excluded from returns are pieces that you explicitly request me to modify or customize for you after purchase (such custom chain length extension).

How to return your Nari Nari piece?

1. Notify Me: Inform me of your return by sending an email to info.narinari@gmail.com.

2. Ship the Package: Pack the item safely and drop it off at a postal point within 14 days of notifying me.

3. Return Costs: The direct costs for the return shipping are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect ofcourse!

4. Your Refund: Once I received and inspect the returned jewelry, I will refund the full purchase amount (including the standard outbound shipping fees you paid to us) within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
